I was thinking I would book a conference room at the Hampton in Olive Branch (At Hwy78 and 302 (aka Goodman Rd)) for 4 hours on either the 14th or the 28th of this month. I would also offer to have BBQ brought in. The time would have to be from 10AM to 2PM on either day due to room availability. What do you all think? I am willing to provide the place and some eats if you all can provide some education/entertainment. I would offer my home however 20 - 30 people is a lot for my crib.

Is that just for us? I would gladly hold it there. I woudl hate for you to go to the expense of booking the room and not have a turn out that warranted it. If this is the case then for added incentive I say we try and hold a frag demo also. More bang for your buck.
Dave, would you be willing to lend us a sump or two to use as demo models? I plan on bringing a blank and another sump I made also.

I will have to lie to the boss to be able to come that early in the day but I am willing to tell a teeny tiny lie just to get to come to this meeting since I will be needing to build a sump before the 90 gets wet.....whew and i thought you guys would have this sump demo meeting while I was gone to Missouri hunting...the 28th is sooooo much better for me.

I have to split (ha ha) to various places most weekends in April.

I think that MarineFlake has won the coveted prize of "Host." So its settled. April 28th at 10AM. If you wouldn't mind starting a new thread with all the necessary info (directions, date, time) I would appreciate it. Also, if anyone has a particular design that they want to propose please forward the plans to me and I'll make copies to go around.
