Megachrome 12.5 MH bulbs

I am in the process of changing my MH bulbs again and wondering if anyone uses this bulb that can give me more info about this or much better wanted to see a picture of it in your tank. Any comments are appreciated.. thanks

I used this bulb with my old 250W HQI setup. It's pure white and amazingly bright. The visually brigtest and whitest bulb I ever tried.

I am tagging along on this, I am also considering this bulb.

depends what ballast u use and if u are using actinic supplementation. i used the megachrome 14.5K, then switched to the phoenix 14K, and liked it much better and SPS responded much better. i use a dual HQI mag ballast. the 14.5K burned white w/a tiny hint of yellow, but that's my ballast overburning. my phoenix burns white. with VHO actinics, look is near perfect IMO.
