With the weather picture-perfect, and the fact that I was already downtown for work, I decided to check out the Fort Worth Arts Festival today. This is the third year in a row that I've attended, and it is really nice seeing the same vendors each year showing how their artwork has evolved.

Here's a neat shot I liked. I may post a couple of items later, but it is really off topic.

Marc is being modest I actually found the original photo before they doctored it up to protect him.

How do you think he can make a living as a stripper?

Sometimes he pays me to throw my panties at him.

I'm pretty sure I had the lens completely retracted at 17mm for that shot. It is possible that I zoomed in slightly to crop out some surroundings, but I don't think I did that.

Here are some updated pics of Day 8 and Day 9. As you can see in the second pic they are already getting stripes. I thought meta was supposed to happen at day 14. Oh well.. enjoy

Today, I decided to do what I could to fight the weed problem (in light of the date). I've had enough, and feel that each of us need to be more proactive if we are going to beat this thing.

yeah, I learned that from my Dad. I use a jumbo "dust-buster" or something like that on batteries...but the shop-vac is the bomb.

That is cool..We have different types of weeds in FL though..I wish I could just vacuum mine up. have to get them by hand if I dont want to use chemicals..
