"mellow" Acanthurus

Before sirens go off, I have an 8', 260g tank with large sump and refugium. Current stocking is mostly smaller fish including fairy wrasses, scissor tail gobys, midas blenny, etcetera. I like my fish on the more peaceful to semi-aggressive side. My only current tang is a naso- roughly 6-7", bit of a pig and will eat out of my hand. I am also going to add a chevron pretty soon. I have been waiting to add my last tang or two until after the chevron since it is on the more peaceful side (like the naso) and I want to avoid territorial issues by adding the more aggressive species last.
Debating on the last tang (or two) after the chevron. My wife likes the sailfins so am leaning towards that over a purple (sticking with the rule of one naso, one zebrasoma, one acanthurus). Probably a Desjardinii, not veliferum.
My question is on the next tang (if I add another-going to see how crowded it feels) from the acantharus group. Ruled out PBT (blue and brown)-ick/aggression, achilles the same (though tempted), fowleri look awesome but $$, anyone like orange shoulders or lieutenants? epaulette or blue carribean?
Want to make sure that the dynamic of the tank doesn't change and my dithering fish don't get forced into the reef. Also don't want someone prone to ick, but still has awesome colors and is unusual.
Thoughts on your favorite mellow acanthurus appreciated!

orange shoulder is likely to be the mellow-ist, but every fish is different and you can get pricks.

I've kept a tenneti and orange shoulder, the tenneti whilst generally leaving my fairy/leopard/etc wrasse alone, would still frighten them off.

I love my white cheek tang (A. nigricans). He is housed with a variety of peaceful fish including a number of fairy wrasses and has not caused a single problem. NOt the most popular fish, but I really like him.

Orange shoulder, tenneti, and convict tangs are fairly mellow. The convict and tenneti stay smaller than the orange shoulder so they wouldn't make the tank seem as small.

I would not recomend the white cheek tang unless added last. I have one and it goes after my yellow, purple and bariene

in my tank, my orange shoulder, fowleri and maculiceps are pretty peaceful. but ymmv...

I just added a juv mimic to my tank and he may still be getting used to it, but he is very mellow and follows my Coral Beauty everywhere. Can't speak for when he gets bigger, but right now, he's awesome. My Bellus rules the roost, but she doesn't even have to try.

I realize these are like dog breeds, you can go for tendencies but might get the exceptions to the rule, like a mellow sohal or psycho aggressive goby. That's why I am unsure about the sailfin too, seems like some really mellow ones and then I saw one bite a blue jaw trigger in the tail at the lfs yesterday. Appreciate the input so far, nigricans is gorgeous but had read that they might a bit aggressive.
The mimic is a contender, like the look of the tristis (mimic eibli). Hadn't seen the maculiceps before, looks like LA doesn't carry, just DD. I may narrow down to orange shoulder, mimic eibli and if I decide to pay the $$, the fowleri. Don't think juvi orange shoulders look that good, but adults do and kind of like the larger tang since I have several smaller fish.
So is the fowleri worth the extra money?
