The anemones all look pretty good. Merten's carpets are pretty much a universal clownfish host, however it might get a little dicey between two pairs that are so close together. If the anemones were on separate ends of a 4 foot tank and the other pair was something more docile, like orange skunks, you might have a shot.

I agree with Phil. Territory of clowfish pair does not end with the anemone. In my tank, the clowns go from one anemone to the next. They will not be happy if one pair see the other pair.

do you guys think it would be too much of a risk to try throwing 2 skunk clowns in there then?

I would also separate the anemones. One of the other reason that orange skunks are a good choice is because orange skunks don't naturally use mags as hosts, but they do like mertens. The ocellaris likes mags but not the other anemones as much. They probably won't be competition for anemones but they will compete for territory.
