i just got my order in 5 mins ago for a tunze turbelle stream kit ts07 (6010) and deff didnt get one i got a magazine and a teeshirt thats great for 300$ and they charged the money to, i want my tunze :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

It sounds like you may have ordered a Tunze Kit that was on pre-order. Your credit card should not have been charged and you should have received an email notification from us. Orders are not charged until we have your pump kit ready to ship. However, there may have been a processing error if your credit card has been charged. Please check with your credit card company/statement then give us a call at 714-385-0080, or email us at customercare@marinedepot.com . We will be happy to look up your order and fix the problem. FYI, the pre-order list for the TS07 kit is fairly short at this time so you shouldn't have to wait long.
