Which is a better bulb for a double ended 250 a 14k or 20k have sps acan and montis mostly

It not only depends on the Kelvin but the Manufacturer also...I have a Phoenix 14K and love it

the pheonix 14K is very blue, and it may slow the growth of coral. i have the Ushio 14K hasa tinit of blue with additional t5 actnics and like that look... its really up to you...

I love blue. My fondest memory as a child is riding the bus to school every day and think what a nice shade of blue they picked for school buses.
