Metal

I a not sure I understand the question.

ALL METALS react with salt water. However Titanium is the most suitable and does not seem to pose any risk even once it starts to oxidize. Copper or metals with copper are one of the worst. The copper is readily oxidezed and then poses a serious risk to your inverts. Some types of stainless tell are somewhat suitable. The nickel content can be a problem.

What is the specific reason for asking?

Had any problems getting it through Customs?

I've always been weary of buying anything that isn't "Made in the USA".

On topic: Yeah, Titanium then 316 Stainless Steel.
