Got to look at the skeleton to tell for sure but yes a Wellso or Trachy. When Wellsos are brought in they are typically round with many ridges forming to the center. This IMO looks like a well developed Trachy because zig-zag channel it has.

Okay great. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I didn't know that trachys will grow "clumped up" like the one in the picture. The trachy that I had for a couple of years never really "crunched" up like that one. It just stayed big and got even bigger but always stayed in the figure 8 shape. A guy brought me a Wellso a while back and it grew into clumps like the one above.

Thanks for everyones help with ID'ing this! I'm sure now it is a Trachy, called the LFS where I got it and they cleared it up for me.

It is def. filling out nicely and becoming a nice piece in my tank!
