Methylene Blue dip

I have a solution of 0.82g/100ml and would like someone to please tell me what is the right concentration for a dip. My female Tomato Clown has recurring a fungal infection. I have been treating the whole tank but it comes back to her immediately though the male isn't yet effected. Any other advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Note that external "fungal" infections in saltwater generally turn out to be bacterial. As far as I know, there are no external fungal infections for marine fish. Assuming this is manifesting as fin rot, that's often an indicator of deteriorating water conditions, which irritate the skin/fin, leaving openings for bacteria. In mild cases, improving the water conditions and/or diet will often solve the problem.

As Jbub noted, MB is very safe for fish. However, it is also very effective at killing nitrifying bacteria, so you need to be very careful about maintaining water quality when dosing a tank.
