Metro+ with frozen mysis

Hey guys- whats the best way to mix metro+ in frozen mysis food for my fish? thaw the shrimp mix with the powder and refreeze? I cant find info online anywhere as to how much metro+ to mix with the food.

Sqeeze out water with paper towel and then resoak in ro di water with metro. Not sure i woulf refreeze it. But could refrigerate it and use later that day. Works better in pellets that expand

I use non-flavored gelatin as binder with frozen food.

the gelatin powder has to be dissolved in hot water and then allowed to cool somewhat before adding to the drug-added food.
