MH Bulbs

I screwed up, I got 2 ESV 150w 10k bulbs, need 250w

anybody need these befor I return them to the vendor?

Also anyone know wehre one can get a 250w that will fit the AquaMedic pendent.... the ESV appears to be shorter and made different...?

Sorry it is an EVC bulb, and I got them from Ocean Encounters, paid bout $50/per bulb with shipping

There are more than one type of base on single ended bulbs. The only one I know is Mogul base, which I have. Great price, too bad I only need 175 on my 120g. What wattage are the MH on the Hamilton you sold me? If the wattage is right I'll take the other one. Or both if Steve can't use one and if they are Mogul base. I'll call you when I get off this darn thing. Sue

I did not try that site yet Laure, thanks for the tip tho... I had called AquaMedic cause the end caps on the bulb are strange and thought they could tell me what bulbs to get..

He did say taht because I have a magnetic ballast, the bulbs burn hotter and a cheap bulb will burn out quicker... I was told to use AB or Ushio and they suggested Champion, being desperate for a bulb, I did just that....Glad I asked cause I may have tried to cheap out

Soon I hope to get them locally thru Sunrise Aquatics, I am hoping Dawn will become an AquaMedic dealer Hint Hint
