I have a 2 x 400 W retrofit kit that I no longer need. I bought the setup about a year ago, and never hooked it up. Then a family financial emergency forced me to part with my complete setup. Anyway, the bulbs that came with the kit were old and ready to be replaced when I bought it, and I never got around to buying new ones. So, it does not have bulbs.

I only plugged these in long enough to test them and see if they worked upon arrival.

I do have access to some old bulbs, so I can plug them back in and get pictures of them working if you would like.
