They are a bloom that arrived with some live rock being boarded for a move, there are at least a hundred, and they were very tiny with uneven arms. Now they are NOT so tiny, and they are becoming a pain.

Any advice on managing these besides a wrasse or sally lightfoot?

If there not doing anything wrong, I wouldn't worry about them. If there just unsightly, you could use a siphon and get rid of them one at a time. Pretty sure you wont have any problem giving them away.

I just found my first. Just thinking it was another bristle worm until I saw it crawl to another little hole in the rock. I'm kind of jazzed about another critter I didn't pay for.

Yes: I was pretty complacent until I realized they were growing: I have only a 54g tank, and if these turn out to be spawn of the larger sort, I'm going to be up to my armpits in brittle stars. Plus I am HOPING they're brittle stars and not serpent stars, which are much harder to find a home for!
But as with everything invert, there's a fair chance there are hundreds of species and types. I just thought the sort I had, one big arm and the others small, was going to stay small. But these are starting to get more symmetrical and to develop quite a reach.
