Micro bubble problem

I have a 175 bow with a 125 sump/refugium and have a real bad problem with micro bubbles. I double glued all my pvc piping and have a plexiglass baffle after the skimmer and befor the sump pump. I seam to be getting bubbles after the water goes over the last baffle and into the sump. I tried foam and holding a piece of plexiglass on an angle so the water doesn't shoot over the last baffle and this did not help. Any suggestions??
