Micro Filter Pads - Will it remove cupramine

Just as the title says, will the micron filter pads remove cupramine.

I'd like to do some mechanical filtration of the water since i am treating with cupramine and turned off the skimmer in the QT. I do the weekly water change but the water is turning cloudy. Can I use the micro filter pads (100 microns) safely without removing the cupramine?
