Microbe-Lift Artemiss

I just want to ask. He's anyone had ever tried this product Artemiss ?!?!?
My Regal Angel have got an Ulcer or Fungus on he's dorsal fin. And I don'mt want to remove him from the DT. So I bought this product to my LFS. All suggestion will be appreciated.

I looked at an ad for this stuff. "Chemical-Free'' and claims to cure everything: bacterial, dropsy, fungus, and everything else. even says its reef safe. IMO, find out what your fish has and treat it. Miracle cures that claim to cure everything come & go very quickly; IMO, for good reason.
