Microbubbles

I just set up my new tank, and I've got too much flow through the sump causing microbubbles to spill into the tank. I have 3 baffles in the sump that I thought would dissipate the bubbles, but it's not working that well. I have a gate valve on the return, but I really would like to avoid turning it down. Are there any other suggestions of what I could do to fix the problem. If you click my red house you can see pics of my system. I am planning to put crushed live rock in the 3rd chamber of the sump, but I don't know if that will help the problem or not.

Thanks

What size micro. I guess it'd have to be bigger than phyto. I think the phyto I feed are 8 or 9. I'll have to try it if my first plan doesn't work. I have a sponge filter that I got for my quarantine tank, and I'm running the overflow through it right now to try to soak up some of the bubbles. If that fails, I'll try the sock. Thanks!
