MIDI cable instead of 7092.300

is it possible to use a MIDI cable instead of the 7092.300.

will there be any technical issues using a radio shack brand cable?

i noticed in another post roger mentioned using one...

May be my thread you are referring to and if so he sounded pretty solid on his answer that it would do the job. I can't see how anyone here would know better than him and I'm sure he wouldn't put himself out on a limb if he didn't know for sure. JMHO

That is all it is, a standard 5pin DIN MIDI cable.
