Might be moving soon - preparing for tank sale :(

There is a high probability that I will be moving in the next few weeks for work. I have had my 40b for about 7 months now and things are finally looking stable and flourishing.

This really sucks and I really hate to tear down the tank but options are limited. I have invested so much time and money into my tank I really would hate to sell it. So the question is, if I do have to sell it, what is the best way of doing so? Do I part it out, selling corals and fish, then live rock and equipment? Or do I package it all together?

Have you guys had more success on CL or RC for complete system sales?

nice logo.....you will not have too much sale as complete but you may have some depending on how fast you want to sell it and price it to move or wait it out......parting out will allow you to get more for it ......
 
RC for best success. CL is kinda sketchy sometimes lol. Selling it is all up to you. Many part out sale since not many people are looking to buy whole systems. GLWS man. Give me a heads up, I'd like to see what you have for sale.
 
Thanks guys for the replies. Still unsure about the move, should find out next week. But if I do move this will be to another continent so no hopes of moving the tank :mad: if I do move I will start a thread in the fmas section.
 
Mike I can send you some pics when I get back from my trip.

Ya the only negative is that the potential relocation would be in Asia.
 
Question.. did you think the 2 wp25 is too much for your tank? Did you have it turned down?
