Might have screwed up my last TTM transfer. Start over?

Hi. I'm doing TTM on my blue tang.. last night I was suppose to do my last transfer. I usually aim at 5am. When I woke up, I noticed my room light was on all night. The room was bright as day all night long. I proceeded with the transfer anyways.

so, with the room light on 24/7. Did that night transfer count? or do I need to start over???

and since we are on ich issue, I have a weird question.. I have 1 tank with ich (running fallow), and 1 tank no ich. If I dip my arm into the ich tank, and wash/dry with clean water after. how safe is it to dip into the no ich tank? or how long should I wait till my dry arm is safe to touch?

Light or no light shouldn't make a difference (especially on the last transfer) as long as you did the transfer on time.

As long as you scrub thoroughly with soap, any infective forms (theronts) should be removed during rinsing and drying.
