Milky Water?

I have a 120g tank with 55g sump and my water has been cloudy for a while now. I only have a zebra lion, antennata lion, melanurus wrasse and an algae blenny. The best way i can describe it is like very diluted milk is circulating in the tank. Any ideas?

Have you been over feeding recently? if so, the bacterial bloom especially over night will give the tank a cloudy look when the lights first come on. Or have you medicated the tank recently?

I havent been overfeeding and i have not medicated the tank recently. I hardly think that a couples pieces of pe mysis could cause this but i cant be positive...if the lions dont get it the wrasse does. Im stumped to be honest, ive done water changes and it still hasnt made a dent in the cloudyness.
