millepora placement

Where is proper mille placement? I placed mine on the highest rock I have and it has little to no PE. The surrounding acros look great. The mille still has its green color, just no PE..

make sure it gets high, and random flow. they love the flow and will extend polyps.

also check to make sure nothing nipping on it or no crabs. they close polyps fast when that happens.
