Milwaukee CO2 Regulator problems

well I have had this Milwaukee Instruments MA957 CO2 Regulator for 2 years and now the needle valve is not working right, it will only drip only once per second max, whats going on?

Have you disassembled it and cleaned it at all? CO2 gas is not always pure and can cause crud to build up on the needle and seat surfaces. Are you sure you have gas?

I disassemble it and use denatured alcohol and Q tips. I used to have to do the same thing with big gaseous chlorinators when I worked at a treatment plant. Alcohol works great.
