Milwaukee instruments.....Wont fix my Reg!

Just received my brand new Milwaukee Regulator broken about a month ago. Milwaukee refuses to fix the problem because the right side gauge is not covered under warranty. What are my options Aqua Cave? I purchased this unit brand new from you on 3/24/2009. It's leaking Co2 into my house.
