Battery? I open the slot on the back (looks like a battery cover) and it only has the solder connections inside for the AC, Coax and the main power. No leads for battery connection. Maybe it's the AC transformer then? Brand new though.
iv had one that didnt turn on and it turned out that the ac adapter was reverse the polarity of the controller. So we cut the wire, reversed it and it turned right on..It should have a polarity sign on the back of the controller and the ac adapter.Might be that..
Works now so it seems. Thought I'd try it one more time and it came on. Though I did press the on/off button very hard so maybe it made some sort of contact maybe. Thanks!
