Mimic tang vs. Scopas tang

I am going to be setting up a 120 gallon fowlr (60x18x24), and need advice on which tang would be a better fit. Tankmates would include a couple of butterflies, a harem of dwarf angels, and maybe a few smaller fish.

Which fish is more aggressive?
Which fish has more personality?
I checkes the tang size thread and it stated that both tangs need 4 feet and up so i assume my tank would work.

Your 120 would be fine for either of those fish. I like the look of the Scopas better, but that's just personal preference. Personality and aggression is a toss-up, although, adding the tang towards the end of stocking will help minimize aggression (Getting a smaller one helps as well.)

Are the scopas as aggressive as yellow or purple tangs? I really want a nice peaceful tank

My scopes is a chicken runs behind the rock when I walk past. I have heard that is common for these guys.

Would both work or would it be war?

I would say scopas are more mellow than yellow or purple (Yellow being worse as they get big.) I've had a purple, though, for over a year and he's been great. (Only tang with mostly small peaceful fish.)
