From my experience, (I had a Humu and Niger/Black along with a Lion [no problems from the triggers I think I got lucky] and Snowflake Moray) the bigger my triggers got the more aggressive they (well, mostly just the Humu) became. I had these in a 250 and felt that it was overstocked. Eventually they were separated. If you want to do those four I'd try and go bigger than a 210. Bigger is almost always better, unless you've got some massive filtration and no squables over territory. From my experience, Queens tend to be REALLY aggressive and territorial. I worked at a store w/a queen in the display and it would NOT tolerate others in its tank. With the size of your current two - getting an Emperor might not be the best idea -- unless you can find a large one that's feeding, which I've rarely seen.
Again, these are all personal experiences (from quite a while ago).
