mini carpet anemone killing fish help!!!

I just added a mini carpet anemony 2 days ago. today my flameback angel randomly died....she had a faded spot on one side and I'm wodering if this could be a sting?

There's no telling what actually happened to the fish. It would be highly unlikely that the anemone killed your fish, but it is a very slim possibility.

I would say it's a good possibility the anemone did sting your flame angel & kill it. Just because they're smaller, they are still carpets, & will kill fish.

I dont think its likely that the nem got the angel, but its the only thing i have changed in my tank in weeks...just odd
