mini carpet nem or Ricordia?

He came from a tank that cracked and the owner gave him away but did not know what he was so I placed it in the tank and it moved several times before settling in the back corner of the tank

Definitely looks like ricordea to me.

do you guys think its safe to move it back to the front of the tank i thought it was a nem the way it would pack up and move around the tank. I dont care for my banded goby dumping sand on it though

I guess it is an anemone if it's moving around on it's own.. If you want to move it someplace else go right ahead, but just remember there's no guaranty it will stay put for very long. GL.

From that picture, I guess it could be a Ricordea. Maybe a Rhodactis? Are you sure it's moving around on it's own, or is the current doing this?
