mini stars?

I have just started noticing what seem to be mini serpent stars in my tank. I am not sure what exactly they are or if they are safe for my reef aquarium.

They seem to be about the size of a quarter including the legs. The bodies are about 1/8" in diameter. Their legs are super skinny and long. They seem to be a white color. They kinda look like serpent stars by the way they move their long legs.

Any help is extremely appreciated!

I had this post in the inverts forum, but there was not much traffic there. Thanks for the time. I did have one person tell me they thought these might be mini stars. What do these do for the tank and are they good to have?

I have a bunch of them. Can't say I know exactly what they are, but I haven't noticed any kind of damage or anything. Mine stay mainly in the sandbed/rubbly areas. Cool to view!

i also have quiet a few i dont think they will bother anything, i also dont think they live long, i havent seen any get "older"

they stay small. thats why they are called mini bristle stars. they are great to have in the tank. and will mulitply in the tank.
