Minimum Frag Tank Requirements

I'm thinking about keeping a small frag tank but want to keep it really simple. The tank would be used for 20-30 SPS frags.

Would a 10 or 20 gallon tank, a power head, and a small MH or T5 light, and no substrate or live rock work? I'd like something like that tank that was set up at the frag swap.

a 20L would be pretty cool for that

I have one, I'll trade you for a frag

not just because I have a 20L available, but also I think it would be better because its more shallow than a 30, but a 40BR would be pignuts (good) all the way
