Minimum tank size for a regal angel?

Well, they can get up to 15 inches. They are a large fish. I would say a 150 gallon tank would be my preference for this fish, altho Liveaquaria says that a minimum tank size would be 100 gallons.

I personaly think 100 g would be still too small for an adult size.
