Mirror removal

I need to remove a large mirror that someone glued to the wall. Is there anything that will disolve the glue or should i break it and pry the pieces off...tia

Thinners,if its stuck on with silicone or no more nails thinners will melt the glue also if its on plaster board it will just pull the paper face off then just fill it with plaster hope that helps?

Pick up no cut work gloves at Home Depot then use a putty to pry it off

Looks like it was attached with liquid nails or some other kind of mirror glue... This should be interesting

Yes, it's glued with a black tar looking stuff. I had a condo once that lady had a 20' wall in it and her bedroom ceiling in it. I ended up using a 8' 2x4 to pry off and or break it. It will damage your drywall to patching will need to be done

Put strips of duct tape on it to help keep it from shattering so much. Then take the biggest sledge hammer you can find and give it your best shot. :lmao:
