Misbarred percula clowns??

I have had these in qt. for a week now. Love them but am wondering if they are misbarred perculas. They are definey percula clowns but the guy that i bought them from said that the bar would completely enclose. I don't think so because he said he had them for three years. Heres some pics. Misbars, if they were going to develop full bars it would have happened in the first few months, long before you got the clowns.
 
It'll stay like that but the bar will develop much more black to it. I have a 7 year old female misbar. ;)
 
For reference also misbars in general are a sign of less then perfect water quality when raising the fry. They use to get culled as it was viewed as a deformity, but since have become quite popular. It shows nothing as to the health of the clownfish but does give some pretty interesting patterns, especially in some designers like misbar snowflakes.
