I had 3 Bartlett anthias's from the Phismeisters for about 4 months now, healthy as a horse, lovin life in the rocks. Then about 4 days ago I noticed only 2 but saw no evidence of a body although I have lots of things that could if it wanted have one for lunch. Well I was putting on some covers Geo made for me for my overflows, Thanks again Geo, and I thought could it be? SO I got a light and a mirror to look down in the overflow and after a while there he was swimming around whondering where he was.

Now the question of how do I get him back out? I guess I'll need to remove the canopy (calling Joe P.) remove the inlet and outlet tubes and get a small net and have at it. Anybody know of how to get an anthias to jump when you want, maby I can get him ti jump back out? Yea right!!!!

Oh the joys of a reef tank.....

Im noticeing fast.. that with these bigger tanks you have so much less control. with my 45 i knew where everything slept, where things were, nothing could come up missing. now... i donno where my fish sleep at night, if somthing died id never know. kinda weird.

I will be over in the morning with nets and fishing poles. I think we can catch it.

Ps, Monster sugest we use a shopvac.

my bartlett's love to play hide and go seek. last night it took 20 minutes to find all 3 of them. tonight it only took 5. i'm getting better at their game!

OK, Sammie, I found the tackle box, can we wait till afternoon to go fishing? Jen has a thing about me drinking befre noon.

Bartlett rescued!!!!!

Long day with some modifications to my canopy thanks to Joe P. for the help. Anthias is back with his buds.
