brought a clown and i had it for 4 weeks. i went away for a weekend and i came back i could not find him anywere and i search for his body in tank if he was died but no luck, my water condishs seem to be perfect. have this happed to anyone before?
well, i recently had a short "dissapearance" of my female clownfish... and found her behind the tank. Have you checked that? not a happy place to be... lol.. otherwise, do you have any fish that could have eaten it? all of it?
nope i dont have any other fish that would eat it these are all of the things i have in the tank, firefish, redliped bellny , brittle star, sea cumber, and corals, but none of those things eat clowns
The same happened to me. My fish was gone, not anywhere. I checked the overflow and sump but no. Turns out he was in a secret cave under a rock that i never knew about.
Unfortunately, I just came home and found my small percula clown, in the mouth of my Duncan Coral. If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I would have NEVER believed it. The coral is only a little larger in diameter than a quarter. Sadly, the clown was dead. There's a picture in this category with the subject line
"so sad" if you want to see it. Hopefully yours had a better fate.
