Missing graphs in iPhone app?

I've been using the iPhone app, Aquanotes, for a couple of months with no problems. BUT starting about a week ago, I can't get the graphs to load in the Aquanotes app. The basic status page displays without any problems, but when I try to load any of the graphs, there is a long pause, 30 to 60 seconds or more, and then it just returns to the status page.

I've tried re-flashing the firmware, re-loading the webpages. Upgraded to Beta 4.04 firmware, and then downgraded back to the 4.03 firmware and all with no change. I've tried deleting the Aquanotes app from my iPhone and re-installing the app. And still no graphs?

Anyone else see this or have any ideas?

Same boat. My home network keeps crashing too. Wonder if its all related to the apex. Would be nice if neptune would chime in...

I don't think the graph works in Aquanotes. I get the same thing. I was 3000 miles away in HI and I was stuck. Took bout 45 minutes before I was able to log back into the Apex.

I have the same problem with the iPhone app. Mine started after the daylight savings time change.

There is a fix for that (LOL); sorry, I couldn't help it...

A bug was found in the graph logic when the day is 25 hours long (as what happened when DST started because the clocks moved back an hour resulting in a 25 hour day). There is a fix being worked on and tested; stay tuned...

I had the same issue, iPad and iPhone. I just updated to the latest firmware 4.04 AG10 and still have the issue. Thanks Ken for looking at this.

It isn't yet fixed in 4G10; there is a fixed firmware in the works and it should be available soon once tested and such...

It will be announced once it is available.

For what it's worth I use multiple alarms to wake me up in the morning. I have my clock radio by my bed that plays music for a few minutes before making an obnoxious beep to wake me up. The problem is that I can simply hit the button and go back to sleep.

I have my iphone set to go off about 5 minutes after that and it's charging in another roomn so it forces me to get up and out of bed to shut it off. Luckily I didn't rely on the iphone to wake me up this past Monday.

My iphone adjusted itself to the correct time with the DST change this past weekend. For some reason they must have forgot to do something about the DST change and the alarm. Now all of my iphone alarms go off an hour later then they are supposed to.

Yes, you are correct; the iPhone alarm bug made headlines over the weekend...
