Missing Half of Order

What to do? Yesterday, I received half of my order. I purchased a CPR Aquafuge light and a 12" CPR Aquafuge. When the box arrived, only the light was inside - yet the packing list said both products were inside. I tracked the shippment on the Internet, and there was only one box shipped. What do I do now? Apparently, I only have 72 hours to report a problem. I tried to call Customer Service today but found that they are only open M-F. I hope the 72 is Business Hours.
