Missing item

I have searched the boxed of my last order (Order number# 100359922) high and low and cannot find item MD1611. The pick list indicates that it was picked but it wasn't in a small bag, as I have seen small parts before and searching through the packing I have also not been able to locate it.

What can I do?

I went to look at what was in my cart but it appears to have been cleared. Yes, I do want those items but I was waiting until I got more items to finish the order (to save on the shipping). I also noticed my saved items have been cleared???
