Missing peices in Icecap 660-09 retro kit...

I recently purchased two Icecap retros and it seems to be missing the four prong connector that attaches to the power cord, the female component is on the ballast I'm talking about the piece that would attach to the power cord itself. Surely this is included in the kit.

dont even try to hook the power to that!!!
that four prong connector goes to a dimmer!

the power cord is built into the wiring harness (green black and white lines) and you add your own 3 prong plug or better yet hard wire it
i think they dont include it for ul listing reasons but im not sure

Thanks for the heads up, It kind of makes me feel like a goof ball not knowing that, but this is the first retro I've put together.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to chime in here, Thanks A.T.T.R for the response to Onewingdove.
I did the same thing when I first got my first retro kit... many, many years ago when I first started. Thought I was missing a piece of a very complicated puzzle.

Now I know...
