missing wrasse

so i purchased a melanaraus wrasse about 4 days ago and when i put it in its cruised around with my twin spot for a bit then disappeared..... should i be concerned or is this fairly common, my twin spot was out from day one

It's probably hiding in the sand bed. Pretty normal behavior when they are frightened. It will also sleep in the sand bed at night. I could set a clock by the time my melanurus dives under the sand at night and appears in the morning. :lol:
