Mixing clown fish?

I had 2 Ocellaris Clownfish recently one died my question is can I add a snowflake clownfish and will they get along? How hard is if for the Ocellaris to bond with another clownfish after its partner has died? I don't know if the one I have is the female or the male because one never got bigger then the other and they were identical to me a month ago they fought for 2 days then they stopped but I dont' know if I have the dom one or not

Snowflake clownfish are Ocellaris clownfish, so yes you can mix them. Even if it was a snowonyx, or something with part percula it would still be fine.

As for if they will bond that is up to the fish and dependant on how aggressive the larger is, to ensure you don't have problems just make sure the snowflake you purchase is still a juvenile (shouldn't be hard, most that are sold are). Get a younger one that is smaller than your current fish and hope for little to no fighting. Some bickering is pretty common.

I paired up a new fish with my onyx after her male died, she was a bit aggressive for 3 days then settled down.
