Mixing Clowns

I have a 15 gallon tank that is plumbed in to my main 180 gallon display tank. I want to get two clowns for my smaller tank. I'd like to get a Black and White Ocellaris and aregular Ocellaris. I have several GBTA's in my main tank. I was considering moving one over for the new clowns if that would reduce their stress.

My question is, can the two different types of Clowns live in this size tank together? Is there anything I can do to really help the odds of this being successful?

I am more concerned with them getting along than I am mating them but if they do then great.

All help and advice is greatly appreciated.

If you mean your black & white and an orange, should not be any different then 2 B&W's or 2 orange. I have 2 breeding pairs, both are B&W and orange in separate tanks. They get along just fine.

Great. Thanks. Should I be concerned about having just those two fish in a 15 gallon tank? Would it be a good or bad idea to add my smaller GBTA?

Thanks again.

They are the same type of clownfish, but the just have slightly different physical characteristics. I have had a pair and it worked out great.

You will be absolutely fine doing a pair of B&W and a regular. If you were to plumb in the 15 to the 180 it would be great for the anemone as it would cause it much less stress. But on a side note, you want to make sure the tank has adequate lighting.

The 15 gallon is already plumbed in to the 180. I am very excited that it doesn't look like there will be any problems with these fish being together. I am a little confused about what you were saying in regards to the anemone. The anemone will be less stressed because there will be better water quality since it is 200 gallons in stead of 15?

As far as lighting on the 15 gallon, I have a Coralife 150w Metal Halide clip on fixture with a 14k bulb.

Is there any special way I should introduce them like trying to order one smaller than the other? Put one in before the other? All at the same time? Anemone first?

Any recommendations on who or where to buy them from? I was thinking about saltwaterfish.com. Any better ideas as far as quality/health. I'd like to get them as small as possible while making sure they are healthy.

Thanks
