Mixing Large Angels

I need some opinions on how to mix large angels. I will start with what I have and what I would like to do. I have a large enough tank to do it. The tank is 600 gallons. The footprint is 8 x 4 x 2.5. I would like to build the stock list around a Passer and Queen. Would it be better to add a couple more large angels to the mix to spread out the fights? This is the stock list I would like to try:

Queen Angel - 1
Passer Angel - 1
Blue Throat Trigger - Pair
Zebra Moray - 1
Purple Tang - 1
Sailfin Tang - 1
Yellow Tang - 1
Naso Tang - 1

I thought about dropping a couple of the tangs and adding a imperator angel and a blueface angel if it would help with aggression between the angels.

The problem I see right off is that passers and queen are two of the most agressive angels you can buy. What that means is to introduce them one will be established and attack the other. To be successful, you need to introduce them about the same time and make sure they are different sizes. This will help reduce the agression, also if you want other angels you need to introduce the least agressive sp first. The other thing to try to do is make sure color pattern and size are different for all of the angels you try to keep together, let them sort the pecking order out by themselves as they grow.

Adding the other 2 angels will either be a disaster, with you losing one or both of them, or a success with them all getting along. There is no way to predict what they will do, but remember both of your first choice angels will have to be introduced after the other angels are in the tank and feeding. Also like I mentioned earlier, keep the more agressive fish smaller then the others so it gives the others a fighting chance.

So it is better to add different sizes then al of them being juvies. I really only want the passer and queen but I thought they might not be as much fighting with a couple other angels added to the mix.

I see a problem with the passer and queen like previously stated because they are the most aggressive and the both are holocanthus. I have owned both, and they only get more aggressive with age. My passer will chase anything out of his tank regardless of species, angel, tang anything. The only thing that lives with him is a 32" BDM, but still he tail fans the eel!

The passer and queen should also be the smallest fish in the tank

I actually think that you may be ok with the passer and the queen with a 600g footprint.

I would do 2 things:

Add the queen first as a 3-4" juvie. Then after the queen has changed to her adult colors, add a 2-3" passer.

For the blueface and Emperor, you are going to have the same issue. I have that combo and now that the emperor is 10" and the Blueface is just over 9", the emperor chases him a lot. I am moving to a 10' tank due to his aggression.
