Mixing Ocellaris?

In my 90 gal I have a 4 years old b/w ocellaris, can I add an orange one or this is not a good idea?

You should be able to pair it up with an orange one.

However, I would attempt to get the smallest one you can (( pretty safe to say that your existing clown is a female )). Also, might want to put the new one in an acclimation box first, to see how the existing one reacts.

If you get more than two they will pick at each other

I personally had a b/w and an orange one that paired up, so yes it will work.

the introduction of a smaller orange Ocellaris has been succesfull.
Not only the new clow dove in the Sebae anemone that was always ignored by the b/w clown but now the older one has moved in as well!!!
