Mixing triggers?

I have a 215 FOWLR. I currently have 1 Huma (Picasso) Trigger and 1 Clown Trigger. Are there any other triggers I could add with those already established? They are not overly aggresive right now.

I was thinking about a male Hawaiian Bluethroat Trigger.

What do you guys think?

The same question i was going to ask. Hopefully the clown is the smallest.

I have a niger and an undy in my 125 with no problems. I have mixed triggers before and oly had problems with a large clown.

Watch out for the undy, when they get older boy do they get mean.

The Picasso & the Clown are about the same size. Probably about 3-4" or so. If I get a new trigger I guess it should be bigger than those guys?

Yes a little bigger.Get a Bursa or a Niger .

I would go with a less aggressive trigger such as a niger or a blue throat . But also be thinking down the line that you will need a bigger tank to house three adult triggers in

a bursa would be a bad choice considering it is part of the rhinecanthus family, as is the humu. they can be mixed, but it's better to not do that. if i were to add another trigger to that mix a bluejaw would be my choice, as i have had a bluejaw with a humu.

Good call I had to do a lot of rock moving and switching fish in and out of QT before my bursa and humu decided they could live in the same tank . but then again the bursa was just an ______ he thought he had to fight with the valientien puffer . which got him thrown in the QT for a while that time too .

for a 90g fowlr tank, Should I get a clown, niger, or picasso? I plan on having one trigger, two clown fish, one large angel and one dwarf angel, maybe just one angel. I would like a puffer but a smaller one 4-5"

neither of those triggers will be suitable long term in a 90, but if you had to hve one a niger will be your best bet.
