I ordered about $250 of frozen food (PE mysis) and it came with rather poor temperature control in terms of packing it top and bottom with frozen packs. Only the top was packed and there were very few of the cold backs in the box.

As a follow up, I received email from Ben offering two resolutions and I am quite happy with the customer service with regard to this order. I do this exact order many times with no previous issues so perhaps there was a process issue this time.
