Molting

Do pods molt? I have been seeing some tiny shrimp looking things floating around the tank. It is just the skin so it is a molt but of what?

Yea, I believe they do. I have seen what you are talking about when I turn my lights on in the morning. Looks just like a shrimp molt but about 100 times smaller

Yeah. Thats what it is. Does it just mean that the tank is doing well?

Yes, all crustaceans including "pods" molt. It doesn't mean anything about your tank health other than your pods are growing. That could just as easily be due to excess food as to ideal water parameters.
