After much debate and thought, given the application (the "Office"), here's the new nano...

Tank: Finnex M22 Glass (frameless) (Sponsor Finnex! Local business)
Light: Finnex 1X150MH, 2X18WPC
Pump: Mag7 (Premium Aquatics)
Closed Loop: Ocean Motions Squirt with 3/4" plumbing / Locline
Skimmer: Tunze 9002 Nano Doc (Premium Aquatics)
Sand: Black Tahitian Moon (Rod's Reef)
Heater: Garden Variety Stealth
Cooling: IceProbe Chiller
Engine: Aquacontroller Junior

Here's a front shot of the tank - the rock with the Ricordias is not attached to the reef wall:

Here's the right side to please those who want additional macroalgae and live rock. You can see the squirt from this angle...I do have a light for the mini fuge - just not installed here.

On the right side, you can see the Iceprobe chiller and the skimmer.

Plenty of room in the plumbing for a phosban reactor when needed!

Haven't done the topoff/mini kalk drip yet, but I will in time.

I thought the reef wall might be a cool look ...it was a bunch of work putting it together, but it turned out OK. The rock was drilled and attached via zip-ties, is easily removed, and is tied to the acrylic backwall.

Thanks to Gabriel for sharing a stock order with me - the blue Neon Gobies and yellow goby seem to be enjoying their new home....I really wanted to pick up that pipefish from Jimmy, but SaraB will enjoy it more. :) Instead, I found this little guy today to go along with...a regular pipefish, which will no doubt be a pain to keep fed...until he takes to Rod's food...

I guess this also means the original monster nano with 150MH and original skimmer (or Aqua Remora) with the Reefkeeper, Mag7 and SCWD is for sale! :) Any takers?

Keep us updated with how the black sand goes. I have 3 bags of it that I was going to use in a FW setup. My concern with it is how it will look with detritus buildup etc...

Nice looking nano tank!

Sorry about the pipefish ... I had been eyeing up those in Chris's (Reefermadness) display tank when I was out at his warehouse in July. He would not part with them back then.

The rock detritus mixes in, and the cleanup crew seems to do a great job with it...I imagine like anything else, it's an exercise in making sure everything works right...I don't think it will be a problem keeping it looking decent...

The tank is 22G....
